This program is delivered as a school based traineeship and designed to be undertaken by students currently attending secondary school in either a VCE or VCAL program.
Likely functions of a horse riding coach include observing the performance of riders to determine the required level of instruction, and planning, conducting and evaluating individualized and group based training programs. Those with this qualification would also supervise practice sessions and provide in competition assistance to participants. Saddle On also offers additional units specialising in riding for the disabled.
On completion, you will be more desirable as an employee within equine based learning environments such as horse riding schools, pony clubs and other riding associations.
